Everyone was very helpful.

Every person we dealt with (on the phone and in person) were friendly and knowledgable. We came from about 90 minutes away and the Tahoe was ready to test drive. We finished everything up and were driving away in our new vehicle faster than any of our previous purchases at other dealers.

At 10:00 a.m. My car was picked up to be serviced for a 4-Hour water pump repair ...at 2:50 p.m. in the afternoon I received a call from the service advisor who told me he was literally told 2 minutes ago that my car had not even been touched. The original technician assigned went home sick. The second technician could not complete the job. The issue is the utter lack of communication from the actual service of the vehicle to the service advisor in the front. Absolutely having no faith in anything that they told me going forward, I was assured they would get it done first thing Monday morning. I arrived at 3:20 in the afternoon and they were literally parking the car just having completed the repair. I had also asked for an oil change while it was in the shop, mind you, My car was sitting there for two full days. I was told it was all taken care of, however, when I got in my vehicle, I noticed that it was the same oil sticker reminder in my window. I verified my oil life was still at 19% so I was billed and charged for a service that was not completed. I went back in the tech came out to apologize offered to quickly "knock it out in 20 minutes" if I wanted to wait, to which I said absolutely not. I am done with this place. I simply want a refund. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. The third time, it's just time to walk away never to return. I will never recommend anyone use the service department. I wish I could give zero Stars but it makes you pick at least one

Purchased my vehicle her before the change and has always had my car serviced here. This last visits I requested an oil change and tire rotation. No tire rotation was done. It seemed cold, not the weather. Didn’t seem friendly n

Very easy to get a appointment

I’ll never go there ever again,I’m spreading the word to everyone I know not to buy a vehicle there.Miles the sales manager is a joke,my towing package was supposed to be free I have that in writing and instead the $400 that was tacked on my loan for running boards that I decided I didn’t want, I was supposed to get that money back but Mr Miles put it towards the towing package that was supposed to be free. I plan on getting that money back….Greg Matas
